Copying the 30th Reunion CalendarTo automatically add the Reunion events to your online calendar -- and thus avoid having to type in up to 15 separate appointments -- right click on the files below, save them to your PC, and then import them into your online calendar. The specific steps are described below. Step 1: Right click on the appropriate files below.
Step 2: Save the file(s) to a location that you can remember (such as My Documents or Desktop). Step 3: Open your online calendar and import the .vcs file(s). The events will now be in your calendar.
Note: These are vCalendar files, specially formatted text files that will insert appointments/events into a wide variety of calendar programs. Applications that support vCalendar files include Goldmine 4 and 5, Lotus Organizer, Microsoft Outlook 98, 2000, 2002, 2003, Netscape Communicator, Novell Groupwise 5.5, Nokia Communicator 9000 series, Palm Desktop, and Sidekick 98. The .vcs files work off of GMT, so the events will be entered under Eastern Time. If you live in California, for example, a 1 PM Eastern Time event in Williamstown will appear as a 10 AM Pacific Time event in California.
